Fireworks

Last night my friends son came over his house with a couple hundred dollars of fireworks. So the whole youth group went out and watched light them off. What is it about things that make loud bangs and sparkle that facinate us so much? I don't know but they were so much fun to watch, even the grumpier older people stepped outside to enjoy.
