Heather and Nathan are in GA for a few days. I'm at home by myself and I know I sound like a cry baby but it's pretty tough. I'm just not being by myself for long stretches at a time.

My wife was puzzled, then irked and finally happy when she discovered that when she goes away....I clean. Probably how I deal with the stress of not having my lady with me (as my daughter is now a freshman in college I'm having to get used to not having her around!) I'm less inclined to clean when she's here (I know, I'm a TERRIBLE husband!)but when she's gone suddenly I feel the urge to wash things and dust things and vacuum. Keeps me busy and my mind off missing her. Plus she comes home to a clean(er) house!
